i asked my supplier in Parsippany, NJ - tronex pharmaceutical as well and they

have no knowledge of the ban either. they sell granules. andrena bonte

There is no ban on processed Tu Su Zi, but on unprocessed Tu Su Zi as

it has been deemed invasive by the USDA (not the FDA). Living in the

south and seeing the havoc that Kudzu has caused, I can sympathize.

That said, I still ordered all I could from my supplier because I like

to do my own pao zhi with is. I have some of the Tu Su Zi bing from

Springwind which is not a problem because it is cooked and crushed and

could not be planted.
