Guest guest
Dear Robert, Thanks for your thought and your lead. As you stated that this is a Liv Wind, liver Fire with Ki yin and Blood deficiency, well I might have to agree with you, but ..... There is no factor of Liv Yin def . As you can see there is no symptoms of yin defciency, neither on pulses, tongues; also there is no sign of liver or gallbladder problems ( anger, hypochondriac, temporal, vertex, inguinal, tendons areas, dizziness, headaches, eyesight... no signs of weakness, fatigue, laziness, shortness of breath... ) No signs of kidneys ( lumbar, knees, hearing, bones or falling hairs ) No sign of fire ( heat ), dryness, or burning sensation, ulceration , no inflammation... There is no sign of blood deficiency either ( dry tongue, dry skin, dry stools, dry eyes, dizziness, itching... ). As I often heard, a syndrome as yours had described, may hit some targets of High Blood Pressure, or with someone with cancers or with hepatitis, someone with a long chronic headaches .... diabetes or arthritis with abused medication. If this is a Yin def, there must be some forms of debilitating, weakness. It must be real and visible because Yin is materialism and visible in form. But this is a special case, wrong treatment would end up her life. I heard that she had gone to visit some acupuncturists and herbalists for treatments. Each time she went, it got worse and became so severe. Her family was very angry because they thought were afraid they might have to lose her. It were very intense and serious. If it is a liv Yin def, we may see yin def first, which means she loses some weight, dry skin, dry hairs, dry nails, thirst, heat sensation, headache, dizziness, plus the liver problem ( anger, hypochondriac, temporal areas, eyes, vertex... and may be related to some allergies ), especially happens at night ( if related to Yin def ). If kid yin def, there must be yin def plus kid problems ( low back, shortness of breath, knees, bones, hearing, seminal, urination, or bowel movements ... ) If there is problem of Blood def , there may be of dry skin, dry blood, lack of fluid, dry bones, dry eyes, mouth, or ears, dry hairs, dry nails; and maybe some of internal wind such as headaches or dizziness, vertigo... ROBERT, IF THIS IS A CASE YOU HAD EXPERIENCED AND TREATED IT SUCCESSFULLY, I may try to follow your lead. However, I need some analysis of yours in your conclusion of this diagnosis. I would not try if this is just a guess work. Is there anybody has had come across this disease and successfully treated this illness? please share your experience so we can learn and study more about this. Or if anybody has a new lead , please air with us so we can study together. Thanks very much. Nam Nguyen
