Guest guest Posted October 25, 2009 Report Share Posted October 25, 2009 hi evryone i am reading the commentary about gou teng from the materia medica by bensky and there is something i dont understand. bensky says that the herb is " light, clearing and cooling, not only draining fire but also setteling wind " . how can the lightnes of gou teng relate to his ability to treat internal wind? i understand how it helps gou teng in his secondery function to release the exterior but how can lightness clear internal wind? thanks avishay yamin israel Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
