And I try to keep my oils at 1%, but I have also added some Menthol and had it turn out nice, but I prefer just the 50/50 mix. Peppermint, Lavender & Rosemary is nice. Chamomile and Peppermint is also great. I also make some refreshing Lemon Mint foot items. Good luck.
