Guest guest
Someone at the EthnoBotany list asked if it was true that cinnamon could be used as fungicide. The discussion ended up talking about insects. The speaker here is the amazing Ingrid Naiman, herbalist, teacher, astrologer. I have found that cayenne, cloves, and cinnamon are all deterrents. For instance, when carpenter ants were coming up my heat registers, I asked my housekeeper to spray around the top with a simple clove water mixture. She went home and told her husband. He had a good laugh until the next time she came and there were no insects. He was dumbfounded. Snip Ien in the Kootenays ************************* " Never mind what the book says.
