If your blood sugar (glucose) is a bit screwy, unscrew it by adding about 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to your daily vittles. (See Butch for the definition of 'vittles'.) I am pretty sure she used a tablespoon at the time, in water. Sorry, lost touch and cannot check this.
