Hi Wendy,

Thankee ma'am .. appreciated it is.

> I live 5 miles from a wildfowl sanctuary which is a little worrying.

Understood. I was thinking today about how the folks on the Tennessee

and Kentucky line .. north of Nashville .. would deal with this problem

in that for generations that area has been the stopover of millions and

millions of starlings and black birds when they head south. They are so

thick they break tree limbs and cover the ground with their droppings ..

and some of them stay there instead of continuing south.

Lots of temporary measures were taken over the years to cull them but

all of those measures generated protests from various groups.

As noted in the previous e-mail I sent, the virus can survive in bird

feces for at least 35 days at low temperatures.

Thanks .. for sure panic is not the solution and I guess there is no

foolproof way to guarantee prevention .. but we can use our noggins and

do as much as possible. We have friends who own a parakeet .. we are

not even going to go to their home for a while and I think they got the

message that I would not be offended if they decided to not visit us.

> Where do you get your candles?

We sold them for a long time .. but we're temporarily out of stock now.

Chris might have some .. if not, somebody on the list will speak up .. I

say this because there are a lot of candle makers around who have bought

Oregano EO from me.

> Do you have any other ideas that you could share with us Europeans?

Not much other than what I have put out in the previous e-mails. I

wouldn't be surprised to see some countries other than Iran going into a

panic mode and closing their borders for a while to folks from Turkey.

As I wrote above, I don't want any visits from bird owners now and I'm

not gonna worry about it if they get upset because of my attitude.

Good luck .. and good health to you and yours. :-) Butch
