I am glad to know you've got your epilepsy under control. I would strongly suggest you read the book, Excitotoxins by Ruseell Blaylock, MD. THings in that book will help you understand the possible link between the two and natural ways to help yourself. Meanwhile, things like catnip tea, chamomile tea, lemon balm tea can help with anxiety. I only used Lobelia inflata tincture to stop seizures either in the aura stage or full blown episodes. If you dring soft drinks, coffee, eat sugar or other sweets, you set your brain up for misery.
