Guest guest
Hi All, Here's wishing all of you a happy, healthy, prosperous 2006. Sorry I've not been more active in 2005. We have made some major changes moving into this new year, including implementing bar-coding in the shop and completely revamping product codes to identify a department and the type of product. One of those big, agonizing changes that will make life a whole lot easier in the future, but definitely had us growling at one another during the process. Year-end inventory took three times as long as we made these changeovers. I can't say that I, myself, will have more time, as I've mapped out a pretty strenuous workload for this year, but I wanted to let you all know that I appreciate this list and all you contribute. Special thanks to Listmom Chris, Butch and other moderators for keeping it going. On to the subject . . . I'm wondering if any of you have tried the reed diffusers with your essential oils or synergies. This appears to be a lovely idea, but I'm wondering if they are effective with the more subtle diffusion of essential oils compared to those overwhelming synthetics that are currently dominating the market with this idea. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Be Well, Marcia Elston http://www.wingedseed.com <http://www.wingedseed.com/> " Give thanks for a little and you will find a lot. I recently was at a Michaels craft store and there just happened to be a reed diffuser kit that someone had stolen the FO out of so was marked way down. Perfect for me to try diffusing an eo with. I intend to dilute the eo in a blend of water and surfactant kind of like a room spray would be. I'll post what happens after I get it done. Was in Seattle a few weeks back and went into a trendy store near Pike Place that sold the diffusers and they sure are becoming quite popular. However, I have not seen them with eo's yet. Guest guest
I have heard pros and cons on these. Some say there is practically NO throw from the reeds and others think they are really terrific. I tend to fall for every " fad " so determined not to jump into these until I here more positive comments. Some say use DPG with the FO or EO some say use something else . . . -Helen Was in Seattle a few weeks back and went into a trendy store near Pike Place that sold the diffusers and they sure are becoming quite popular.
