That's how I do it. HTH! MIchelle

Guest guest
I've never used melt and pour. Everything I've read about it, it's not 'real' soap, all chemicals. I swirl in CP goats milk soap. I think it takes practice. I've discovered, it comes out different each time. It's fun and I will continue doing it. Hopefully getting better each time. Guest guest
There are some that are syndet bars, and some that are not the syndet bars are not " real " soap. Some of the Soap bases that are melt and pour are soap.. Just highly processed, from what I understand.... And not to be snotty really All soap has chemicals in it... And when someone says something is natural and doesn't have any chemicals in it they are misstating themselves. Everything is made up of chemicals... IE water is 2 parts hydrogen and 1 part oxygen, and humans are 70% water... And the rest is other chemicals... What people who say that their products are all natural are really selling the word natural as to mean something that is not adulterated by laboratory created chemicals... Because we are all using chemicals to make soap that were man made or processed...(Lye is made by someone else in a plant where chemicals are manufactured) and the fats are extracted from their previous owner... Ie plant or animal.) I apologize to anyone that I offend for trying to explain that chemicals are in everything...
