Guest guest
" Cleanse, Release, Let Go " Today would be a wonderful day to begin a period of cleansing, releasing, and letting go in preparation for the new year. Allow the new year to be a symbol for a new beginning. And know that before you can invite in the new, you must release the old. Before you can fill your house with shiny new furniture, you must discard the old and stained, the worn out and broken, the things which are cluttering up your life and not giving you what you wish to have. And so, for the next week, clear it all out. Spend this time in physical, mental and emotional cleansing. Physically, organize and clean up. Get rid of what you do not need. And as for your body, consider some version of fasting, of eating and drinking in very healthy ways, cleansing yourself, readying yourself. And as for the mental and emotional space, this is the time to forgive. And by forgiving, I mean a releasing, letting go of the anger and bitterness, the old burdens which are weighing you down. Release it all. Peel off the layers of emotions which no longer serve you. Then stand clean and clear under the pure shower of love which is there for you, the unending stream of love and caring which is yours. It is so important to release blame, to stop blaming yourself or anyone else for what you feel was visited unfairly upon you. Make it your job over the next week to release all of that, to clear your mind, to heal your heart with love, so that you can step out into the new year relaxed and open, ready to create a wonderful and fulfilling life. Here is a little prayer for today I release the old and welcome into my life the new, the doors ready to open, the flowers ready to bloom, the dreams ready to unfold into reality. I am new and clean. I am free of my old burdens. I am relaxed and at peace, full of love, full of wonder at the world around me. I am deeply present in this moment, this moment right here, right now. I go deep into this moment and find the peace and love which it contains and I center myself there. I am at peace. I am love. I am free. I AM. Guest guest
Me too! About a week ago, I just had this incredible urge to purge. I've been cleaning out closets, files on my computer and in my desk, the garage, and... old, outworn crap from my consciousness. OUT WITH THE OLD, AND IN WITH THE NEW! Love, Michelle I've already started.... Getting rid of all the clothes that I don't wear anymore which are a lot...
