Dang sho'nuf does. That " tradition " has been difficult to deal with by

the Turkish gummit because it happens once or twice a year in villages

here.. but the one chosen to do the deed is usually a youngster .. 14-15

or so .. and the civil laws allow the little " hero " to be freed after a

relatively short period of time.

True again .. the villagers don't " squeal " on their neighbors so often

times it is NEVER known that there is one less person living there.
