Guest guest
Hi there, I recommend Altoid peppermints to my clients for relief with all kinds of ailments. From headaches, sinus congestion, coughing and upset stomach. I don't think it has anything on the packaging recommending pregnant women should consult their Drs. before taking this product. I also tell pregnant women with sinus issues to put a damp very warm rung-out tri-folded washcloth over their eyes for a few minutes (might have to reheat and do it a few more times) to loosen up congestion and then blow out what you can. One could also could stand under a nice warm shower and let the water run over your head for a bit before clearing out your sinus cavity. As for my clients w/ diabetes, I use a product called FX massage cream. Soaks into the skin very well and doesn't mask any essential oils I chose to add. I also give them paraffin dips as presents this time of year. I always check the wax myself before putting it on my clients. It kind of pushes the cream further into the skin for a deeper moisturizing treatment. That is at least until they wash their hands and feet.
