Anyone want to share their favorite holiday recipes?

I'll be sharing my " essential " ones in an article that will be posted at

The Aromatic Sage (http://www.aromaticsage.com) in a few days :) Please

get into that holiday spirit (no matter which holidays you are

celebrating) and share yours here!

Cranberry Ice has been a family tradition forever in my family. No one has

ever turned it down!

Take three pounds of cranberries, wash, sort, and simmer with very little

water until they pop. Strain through a sieve or colander to remove skins.

Add sugar to taste...remember it will taste less sweet when frozen. It

should be a little on the tart and refreshing side. Put in loaf pans in the

freezer. Stir and scrape up every 20 minutes or so until hard. Serve in

pretty cut glass cups if available. Serve with the main course.
