Thanks, Alice Butch will probably answer, too, Alice, but Yes, Virginia, rose otto will gel up firmer than Santa's belly unless it is warmer than 68-72 degrees. Right around there, somewhere. Hold it in your hand for a while and it will liquefy. Now if you order from me on a friday, lol....I might include a vial of (organic, free range, and kosher ofcourse) freshly skimmed chicken fat with your Rose otto, or a matzo ball if you are really lucky.
