-- One of the best pain releivers for any sort of bone

/cartilage/muscle problem is DMSO - dimethylsulfoxide- which is

basically an extract from pine tree sap.

You can buy a roll on at any Feed Store as Vets use if for horses. I

think most states ban its use on Humans (too much money made by the

pharmaceutical business in pain killers) but it is legal to apply on

the skin here in Florida.

Otherwise - here is my famous Turmeric Super Tonic that I use on a

daily basis. Turmeric is also fanstastic for the joints...........You

can make this using powedered turmeric if you do not have any Indian

shops with the actual root. ..........Herbally yours Penny

TURMERIC SUPER TONIC

Turmeric Super Tonic will relieve pain and inflammation, boost the

circulatory system, reduce cholesterol, kill virus and fungal

infections and cleanse the circulatory system. T.S.T is an all round

tonic that can be taken on a daily basis to boost the immune system

and help the body fight off epidemics. A must for the Emergency

Cabinet and a perfect companion for any journey. In a base of Organic

Apple Cider Vinegar it is pleasant to take on a daily basis, either

squirted straight into the mouth or on sandwiches or salads.

INGREDIENTS:

¼ CUP TURMERIC (Curcuma longa) contains curcumin, which is as helpful

as relieving inflammation as cortisone, but without the toxic side

effects. It can shorten the healing time for joint and tendon

injuries, help to reduce infection in joint and ligament problems such

as arthritis, bursitis and tendonitis, and may help with weight loss.

¼ CUP GARLIC (Allium sativum) contains allicin and ajoene, which help

to lower cholesterol, blood pressure and help to prevent clots. Garlic

is a broad spectrum antibiotic and has potent antibacterial and

antifungal properties.

¼ CUP ONION (Allium cepa) helps to reduce fevers aids the lubrication

of joints and is an antidote to irritant poisons or toxins.

¼ CUP GINGER ROOT (Zingiber officinale) also contains

anti-inflammatory substances and increases the immune systems ability

to fight infection. It is also an antispasmodic, digestive aid and

invaluable in nausea and motion sickness.

¼ CUP HORSERADISH ROOT (Cochlearia Armoracia) is used here as a

stimulant to the blood and lymphatic system.

¼ CUP CAYENNE PEPPER (Capsicum minimum), as well as being

antibacterial and antifungal, dramatically increases the flow of both

the circulatory and lymphatic system so ensuring herbs reach the

infected or injured area and that the toxins are removed.

1-QUART APPLE CIDER VINEGAR.

METHOD

Use Organic Ingredients if possible. Cut up all ingredients. Place in

a blender with the ACV. Blend till mixed. Put into a sealed jar.

Label. Place in a cool dark area and shake twice or three times a day

for 14 days. If possible, start on the new moon and decant on the Full

Moon. When decanting, strain the solids out of the liquid. Filter

through an unbleached coffee filter. Pour into dropper bottles.

Recommended dose: -1-3 droppers 1-3 times daily. One squeeze of the

dropper is 30 drops or one teaspoon.

Speaking of legalities, I watched (Ok, I slept through most of it) a PBS

show last night on government funding of a study on alternative medicines.

Unfortunately, the HIC doesn't want to DO the study! For the first two

years, the HIC did nothing but complain. The press was ugly too -- then I

fell asleep.

At any rate, I found it encouraging, even though the industry isn't happy

about it.
