Hi there,

One of my clients sent me an email a while back that stated some people

have had some relief from joint pain by applying " peanut oil " & rubbing

it in to the affected area on a daily basis. I don't know if it works,

but you can buy peanut oil at the grocery store. Just don't use it if

you have nut allergies.

If you only want to use an oil EMU oil is best
