Probably called Sarma .. we use that word here from time to time. We had some purty gud chow tonight. The smoked bacon was eaten raw. I > prefer it cooked but most Russians like it raw. ;-) Interesting! I didnt know that. Dont know that I could eat it raw... I never fry mine I always bake it in the oven and love it crisp. BTW although I do my oregano regularly I awakened this morning with a scratchy throat and slight fever feeling liek something was going to get me.... (I dont catch anything it has to catch ME!) so I did a few drops of oil and am sniffing my oregano inhaler OFTEN and feel better already. I am sure it is defeated, whatever it was. Take care!
