Some I keep for general cooking and others I powder in the blender or food processor along with dried herbs salt and pepper. I can have up to 10 different vegetables in my seasoning so I have a 'salt' to go with my boiled egg. Vegetable stock always on hand and a good, standby seasoning when needed. This year friends and family will get containers of garlic salt and onion salt along with other odds and sods that I make. Can't get a better way to have lots of veges in the diet.........
