Homeopathic help is Nux Vomica - it is for excesses in food & & & beverage

 

Vitamin B complex -- like a large dose like 100mg B complex 2-3x today

 

Then the standards - water -water- time - naps

This isn't homeopathic, but hit the peanut butter soon as you can keep it down.

You gotta give it time too .. and I mean LOTS of water .. you are big

time dehydrated now. Fat is good too .. fat meat .. have a BLT. And if

you wanna speed the recovery up a bit .. have a cold beer .. but make it

JUST ONE beer .. I'm serious as a heart attack. ;-)

You've probably recovered by this time but for future reference, stick

to white or pink wines. Reds cause one hellacious hangover. And if

you aren't opposed to OTC medications, try a Tagamet before you go to

bed, drink plenty of water throughout the evening and before you go to

bed (yes, you'll be up peeing half the night, but the next morning

will be more tolerable), take a Vit. B12 tab. that dissolves under the

tongue, and take a nap in the afternoon. Also try some cinnamon toast

with plenty of butter, cinnamon and sugar. Then lay off all alcohol

for a few days. (I don't recommend any of that " hair of the dog that

bit you " ....that's one line I don't advise crossing.....)
