Something for gray hair? Fo Ti Root?

Has any one used FoTi Root? I am solid Gray now and actually loving it

for the fact that I don't have to use the dye every two weeks, but my

friend started using Fo Ti Root, CQ10, Vit E, for oxidation and

getting b12 shots along with using the invert table and her hair

turned back to dark brown she is 62 years. I noticed some color coming

back when I started taking B12 shots,but I want to try to get it back.

I also was reading about simmering the root in black beans. has any one

done this before and have a receipe for the black beans and fo ti?

I'm going to try to do a batch of black beans tonight and put the FoTi

in it. I will let you guys know. charli

I haven't done it in black beans, but we carry an absolutely to die

for chai tea with Fo Ti in it. I wonder if I could use that with a

combination of black tea and see what happens. Normally I would

consider that Tea abuse. LOL but I am desperate
