Guest guest
Hi y'all, This is not an advertisement .. its a notice. ;-) Below are the sizes and colors of the Turkish 100% Cotton Robes we have on hand now. When they are gone .. there will be NO MORE .. at least not this year. Perhaps we will carry them again in 2006 but that will depend on my labor force .. we have all we can do now keeping up with orders for EO. You can always wanna go to Macys and the like and pay 3 X the price for the same robe. I say this because the producer (in Denizli, Turkey) produces for Macys, Sheraton, Hilton and other outfits .. they are the same robes .. just a different label sewn in when exported. I've offered them for the last 5 + years and sold over 3,500 of them. Enough humma-humma .. most of the information anyone needs is contained on my web site .. at URL http://www.av-at.com/robes.html Below I have answered what are typically the questions asked by buyers. I don't have this information on the site because I don't want to make it too busy with marketing information. Below is what I have left in stock as of today. Small Medium Large X-Large TOTAL Blue 0 0 0 0 0 Pink 3 0 15 0 18 White 0 1 0 0 1 Yellow 8 0 0 0 8 Total Robes Available ........................... 27 First come .. first served. Great, inexpensive Christmas gifts. Shipping: FedEx Ground is the least costly .. matters not where you live in the USA .. U.S. Postal is expensive for this package. Weight: Approximately 3.5 pounds .. net. There is no heavier robe made today .. 460 grams of pile per sq. meter of warp is the maximum. Length: Below Knee to Upper Ankle. Sizing: What you see. Small is for maybe 5'3 " and under and 135 pounds or so. Medium up to 5'7 " or so and 155 pounds. Large up to 6' or so and 190 lbs. No X-Large in stock. Cut: These robes are NOT cut for style .. they're cut for comfort and for lounging around .. reading and such .. VERY Warm! Volume Discounts? NO WAY! They are already too low in price .. in fact, lower than one pays retail in Turkey. Wholesalers in Turkey must to pay the 23% Value Added Tax .. I don't. I get them for Export cost from the mills in Denizli, Turkey .. the same mills that have produced the famous Turkish towels and robes for 200 or so years. Do I have Turkish Towels? NO! And don't want to deal with them as they sit too long on the shelf .. most Americans prefer Walmart towels. Do We Monogram? NO! And we don't do windows. ;-) To date NO person has been dissatisfied with one of these robes .. and I have sold many of them to nice folks on this list .. and to perpetually disgruntled curmudgeons who don't participate in News Groups. ;-) So .. that's my notice. Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com
