Guest guest
> That's very interesting Susan & good to know!!! I wonder if there is anything naturally that can be done to get rid of the little beasties?? Ironically I have been working with a couple (human, that is) that have these little beasties! They are commonly called Scabies. They are a complete nightmare! This couple has dealt with the situation for over 3 years now! The man has it terribly bad – in humans the main area of attack is in between the fingers and on the palms of the hands. Scabies live on blood, and have a cycle of 48-72 hours if they do not have a living source to feed/breed on. The only reason I knew what they had was due to my personal research for my daughter who caught <gasp!> head lice from school! I discovered the wonders of Neem oil! That research lead me into learning about scabies. They burrow into the skin, depositing their fecal material as they go. As the victim scratches the skin becomes infected and a viscous cycle begins. The following is an all natural remedy that we used on my daughter with complete success! The treatment will kill a live louse within 2 minutes, but the eggs (nits) must be combed out daily and continually treated for 7-10 days. Each day the linens must be washed in very hot water with bleach and dried on high heat. We’re using this same treatment on the couple that has come to our company for help. They have literally moved out of their home for 5 days to break the hatching cycle. 2 Cups Neem Oil 2 Cups Xtra Virgin Olive Oil 15ml Tea Tree Oil 5ml Peppermint Oil To aid in the healing of the skin the man is bathing in 2 cups (morning & night) of Dead Sea Salts and we have created a heavy crème for day use that contains the Dead Sea Minerals, Mud, butters, carrier oils and 3% Neem oil. It’s not any fun and the smell of the pure Neem Oil is really bad, but it does work! (BTW, scabies in animals is also known as – Mange) You can Google this for further information – don’t just take my word for it. HTH’s someone! Goid Bless, Tammy D.
