Hello Gerri!

I saw your post about thinning hair. I don't know if I share my testimony on

this forum or not, but I'll make a quick version:

I was going bald from psoriasis/seborrehea. (my scalp looked like hot spots

on a dog! It was horrifying! Battled it 16 years!) I read that the Dead Sea

Mineral Mud would strengthen hair roots. Out of sheer desperation I started

mudding my hair! I began researching eo's that helped strengthen and heal

seriously damaged hair, too. (Rosemary, Tea Tree, Palmarosa, Ylang Ylang,

Grapefruit, Cedarwood, Chamomile, Peppermint, Geranium Rose, Bulgarian

Lavender, etc.)Then I incorporated the hair growth extract Swertia Japonica

along with horsetail, panthenol & allantoin. That was in April of 2000. My

scalp and neck cleared up by June of 2000 and I've been clean ever since! I

do a hair masque once a week to maintain healthy hair and scalp. I don't

want that nightmare ever returning!

My hair prior to these treatments (took 6 weeks - total of 42 treatments)

was breaking off, coming out in clumps, seriously over dry and I could go 12

weeks without a hair cut. Now I have an extremely healthy head of hair -

have to cut it every two weeks and at 42 years old I am still a natural

brunette with only a few gray hairs! I don't even need a perm anymore

because of the body the mud puts into my hair! (In case you're wondering, I

have ultra fine baby type hair)

You can also take 5000mg of Biotin daily - I'm a true believer of taking

care of the inside as well as the outside. Biotin helps with hair, skin &

nails.

HTH!

God Bless,

Tammy D.
