well naturally products?

Good morning. I placed an order with well naturally products and am

not getting any response back or confirmation with her and wondered if

any one has ordered from her before. I should have ask this wonderful

group before I ordered but didn't thanks charli.

Hi Charli,

 

Its a very busy time of the year, please contact me by email and I will check

for you. If you did not get a confirmation (it happens automatically from the

shopping cart) the chances are I didnt get one either.

If this is the Canadian company run by Mary-somebody, yes. I ordered

products from her about 4 or 5 years ago when I had a soap/lotion

business...sent a money order...and to this day, have NOT received the

product. As I recall, it was for a shampoo base she carried at the time

that I was considering adding to my line.

 

I asked, wrote, begged and pleaded for a refund when I NEVER received my

product. Thankfully it was a very small order...and of course, in all

these years, I have never received either the product nor the refund. I

know back then other individuals also occasionally experienced problems

with that supplier.

 

I am surprised she is still in business. I hope it was a small order.

 

Did I mention I never got a refund????? Makes me mad to this very day.

Hello everyone,

 

I dont know if its me she is referring to, but an enquiry to her has gotten me

no response. I honestly dont remember back 4-5 years ago, and I would like to

make this right, I certainly dont know what happened, but its not my intent to

rip people off?

It's so sad to see these kinds of things happen to good people. I can't imagine

thinking you are buying from a reputable company only to be scammed. How do

good, hard working, honest companies combat this?

Hollie, I have to say that during the entire 5 years I had my soap

and lotion business, I was scammed only twice. Once by this

company, and once by a wholesale account. The latter had given me

an NSF check; never could collect, and it was for a couple hundred

dollars. Finally, on Valentine's Day, when their shop was FULL of

customers, my hubby went in and collected cash, after a brief but

loud discussion.

 

Unfortunately, you do what you have to do. I couldn't afford to

just not collect that money.

 

In the case of Well Naturally, there was nothing else I could do.

 

I think this is very interesting....looking back, I had over 100

wholesale accounts, plus we did a lot of gift shows, so had

individual retail customers from many different states call and re-

order items all the time. My customers were wonderful - their

checks NEVER bounced!!! LOL

 

And good, hard-working, honest companies simply deliver...you treat

your customers like gold, because they are.

Mary,

I have e-mailed you a few times and realized that it is a busy time,

but I just wanted to know if my order went through. I never got a

confirmation or anything. I haven't heard anything from you, but I

did see that my credit card went through. When I called your number it

said your mail box is full. I don't know if my order is considered

small but I did try to keep it small because I didn't know about your

company. I really want to believe that things happen and get over

looked. I couldn't get through to you besides this group. Do you

think that your server is not working to it's capacity? I know how

Jeanne feels and I really don't want to get burned but know it happens

a lot. You sound like a nice person. thanks charli
