Guest guest
I bought one of those new plug in " vaporizers " for the kids -- both granddaughters wake up a tad stuffy -- one worse than the other. She sneezes and blows crap out of her head for a while every morning. Otherwise, she's fine. She says it's helping some, but when I went to buy refills, <gasp> I couldn't believe it. One pad is good for one night. One pad costs about $1.00 -- I'm not doing that. Anyone use a formula they diffuse at night for similar symptoms. I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't read the ingredients, but my guess is it's eucalyptus, maybe menthol mostly. Kate said it was very strong, so it probably isn't the best product for every night -- something more subtle probably is more in order for the girls. Susan H. I'd go with Eucalyptus smithii to start with, for the congestion. Might add some really good lavender, to help them sleep and for anti-bacterial effects. if they are not toddlers, I'd add a bit of ravensara, it's a great anti viral. Celebrating 10 years online. Guest guest
Thank you Marge -- they are 7 and 8 -- I'll look into this -- any advice as to ratio or should I just experiment? Susan H.
