Guest guest Posted November 11, 2005 Report Share Posted November 11, 2005 4 x Egg yolks, room temp. 1 x 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk 1 1/4 cup Whipping cream 14 oz Liquor, irish whiskey, brandy 2 tbl Sweetened chocolate syrup 1/4 tsp Coconut extract 2 tsp Instant coffee 1 tsp Vanilla extract 1/2 tsp Almond extract In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Serve over ice if desired. Store tightly in a covered container in the refrigerator (up to one month). Stir or shake before serving. I use one of those vaccum sealers and seal it that way, then you can keep it for months if you like. It has always worked for me and oh my aging is a good thing as martha stewert would say LOL.
