Bailey's Irish Cream Recipe

4 x Egg yolks, room temp.

1 x 14 ounce can sweetened condensed milk

1 1/4 cup Whipping cream

14 oz Liquor, irish whiskey, brandy

2 tbl Sweetened chocolate syrup

1/4 tsp Coconut extract

2 tsp Instant coffee

1 tsp Vanilla extract

1/2 tsp Almond extract

 

 

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until

smooth. Serve over ice if desired. Store tightly in a

covered container in the refrigerator (up to one

month). Stir or shake before serving.

That's not exactly what my original was, but close enough. Mine also added

to let it age. About 10 minutes! LOL

Gayla,

When i make this i actually make it well in advance of

the days needed. I use one of those vaccum sealers and

seal it that way, then you can keep it for months if

you like. It has always worked for me and oh my aging

is a good thing as martha stewert would say LOL.

I know most dont have those tho so I just posted with

the original directions.
