Lavender Varieties - What's The Diff??/And Rosemary Too

If she isnt confused i sure am LOL. I live in the

Dallas FortWorth area what is a good one to grow in

this area that will with stand the temp range and

still produce lots of flowers and be usable in soap

and herbal extractions as well?

I have so much to learn ... and i know rose mary is

just as confusing. I have no clue what the differences

in rosemary are either.
