Nasal Spray combo works great!

Got allergies? Post nasal drip, sinus infection, cold, flu? This

works great as an addition to using the oils, etc.

Since the oil is a bit strong...<grin> and we had both of these

hydrosols on hand, I thought what the hey...

Been experimenting with this since I came down with a big bad

tropical bug at Easter. Works like a charm everytime.

Needed: Sterilized sprayer bottle, think it was a nasaril bottle.

One that can be opened and refilled. Netti pot, or you can just sniff

from the palm of your hand in a pinch. Nowadays, I ask for one of

those bottles from the Internist office just to empty and refill.

<BAG>

First time I made this with straight Oregano hydrosol.

Nowadays I'm making it 50/50 with Oregano and Rosemary hydros.

Even tho the hydros look clear, they should really be brought to a

simmer before doing this. You can do it fast in the microwave too.

Simmer, cool, fill in sterilized spray bottle, nettie, hand, etc.

2 squirts in each nostril should do you for a full day. Extreme

cases may need to do it again in the evening.

This dries up the worse cases~as good as~or better than Flonase!

Have sent it to work with hubby in his cooler, works great.

Carry it with when you need to, but I do recommend storing in the

frig., if at all possible. It is definitely the one thing going in

the ole medical bag on a trip! Along with the sniffer eo's. ;)

Good health to ya!

A most fragrant day to all,

deb
