There are currently 165 women from 15 countries in our

community. And, you might be surprised to know that many of them are

in their 30's, already experiencing perimenopause symptoms and

preparing well for the journey ahead.

 

Our holistic approach considers the whole woman ~ mentally,

emotionally, physically and spiritually for comprehensive wellness.

 

We're not really a Q & A forum but we do post lots of good natural

remedies and share plenty of support and kindness during this often

challenging life transition.
