Guest guest
I've been somewhat following the posts regarding taking the brewers yeast. Brewers yeast is a great source for the B vitamins. So, I am assuming that if you take vitamins that are rich in the B vitamins, they would work about as well. Also, debittered yeast, that you can use in cooking and such is the same thing, just not in tablet form. The only problem I can see....is if someone has a problem with 'yeast', this might not be a good idea to take too much of, or for too long. Other than that, you shouldn't have a problem. Guest guest
Right, it is very high in B's. The brewers yeast I used to take had one of the B's added to balance the mix. I had tried B's before, but the yeast seemed to do the trick. You could try taking mega doses of B's. You will just pee out what you do not need.
