Anyone have a recipe that they want to share to use MOOR mud with?

Hi All,

I bought 2 pounds of moor mud a while back, because the benefits

sounded so wonderful.. Now I dont know what to do with it.. I would

love to make soap with it but dont have a clue how to do that.? Anyone

suggestions would be greatly appreicated..

Hi Evemary,

 

Just a few quick ideas ... you can make masks (face and body), use it in

the tub for a " mud bath " , and you can make soap with it

 

You really don't have to do anything to it either. For the mask you just

warm it slightly, for the tub you just dissolve it, and for soap .. same

thing.
