Guest guest
I don't know too much about psoraisis except dealing (fairly unsuccessfully) with my DH's, but I used to have bad, bad eczema from about 7 years old until I was in my 20's. I started taking brewers yeast for my nails and it cured my eczema within a couple of months. Guest guest
Gayla, how much brewers yeast did you take? And any particular kind or brand? I've had eczema for about 25 years now, and nothing I've tried has worked. But I haven't tried brewers yeast. Thanks Mary ---- Gayla Roberts 10/25/05 00:35:23 psoraisis and eczema I don't know too much about psoraisis except dealing (fairly unsuccessfully) with my DH's, but I used to have bad, bad eczema from about 7 years old until I was in my 20's. Guest guest
I was using Dr Donsbach's Yeast 500. I am not sure if it is still available, because I did not find it on his website, http://www.donsbach.com/ Maybe he has decided yeast is not as good as he used to believe? But I had to try 4 different brands before I found one that worked for me. My pharmacist recommended it for growing nails, instead of gelatin! It worked within a couple of days. The skin took longer, but I have never gone back to soft nails or eczema either and I had it for years and years! Guest guest
I guess I did not answer how much I took....sorry. I took about a tablespoon of tablets daily. Sometimes more, sometimes less, but that was an average.
