Hi Sharon,

I can't determine how many drops are in it .. but its as high as 2-3% in

the bottles sold in supermarkets here.

> The email I just read the lady said she drinks the Hydrosol.

Correct .. many people do .. its been the case for centuries.

> But how much a day???

Not sure what she drinks .. I drink 2 oz or so 3-4 times a week ..

diluted in 4 X that much water.

I and many others have often discussed the therapeutic properties of

Hydrosol on the list. I reckon you missed it.

Many people are coming to me now for Origanum and claiming it is the

best thing since sliced bread to ward off the avian flu. This is due to

a lot of the marketing hype out and about .. the fact that one has what

appears to be credible credentials does not mean they're not a mercenary

taking advantage of a situation and embellishing on the suspected value

of a particular oil.

What I'm saying is .. first .. I don't think the avian flu is something

we should be too concerned about .. and secondly, I am not going to push

any essential oil as being guaranteed protection against it .. if I were

to do such a thing .. I would lean toward Oregano and Rosemary, Cineole,

but I am not going to make any claims in that regard.

Sniffing is the way to go with any EO .. that's what Aromatherapy is all

about. A couple of small bottles is sufficient.

Sounds like a good program to me. ;-)
