Me too .. sometimes. I only come out to play when I " think " I know what

I am talking about. ;-)

I don't think we will find any true scientific proof of the benefits of

ingesting Oregano Hydrosol .. but there are many professors here (to

include Professor Dr. Can Baser .. who is the author of 2 different

Origanum species) who take it daily .. as do their families. Oregano

Hydrosol is sold in liter bottles in all the major supermarkets in

Turkey. Finally, I drink it 3-4 times a week .. around 25% in water. I

know a fellow in New England who drinks it daily with Pepsi Cola. ;-)

It oughta go away anytime now.

Methinks your immune system is stronger than his .. and methinks it has

a bit to do with your consumption of Oregano Hydrosol.

Glad you did .. and thankee mucho .. but no reason to lurk. Everybody

has something of value and personal experiences are a heckuva lot more

credible (to me) than are quotes from valid reference pubs and the many

Aromatherapy novels out and about.

The studies I mentioned in my previous post as also valuable to me in

that they were not sponsored by pharmaceutical companies If they had

been .. I would NOT have been able to get the results.
