Ok, I won't lie, I had a streaming cold almost two years ago at Christmas, and I know exactly what caused it. Junkfood, dehydration, laziness. But that was almost two years ago, and I cannot remember when I had one before that. The secret: a daily hit of Aquazon. This is my beloved whole wild food in capsule form. The same stuff that keeps my brain functioning.
