Guest guest
Hey Anita, >> .. I am on the way to no more smoking. ;-) > > Butch, please let me know how you are accomplishing this? > The, pardon the pun, " cold turkey " method, or cutting back, > or with oils..herbs..ect. How am I accomplishing this? With great difficulty. ;-) Cold Turkey is a fact .. its so damn cold here in Ankara now that I can't enjoy going out on the balcony for a smoke .. and Tanya is turned off big time by the odor of cigarette smoke. I can understand that because around 5 years ago I quite smoking and drinking for exactly 365 days .. couldn't stand the odor of cigarette smoke then. I lost my physiological dependency within a week or so but never lost my psychological need for a cigarette .. but I found that not using alcohol was one of the easiest things I've ever tried to do. I am not having an easy time of this now .. today is the 3rd day I have not smoked and I do want to smoke. Will I be successful? I think so. Will I lose my desire to smoke? I think not! I am sniffing Black Pepper EO and I am chewing " Equate " Nicotine Polacrilex Gum, 4 mg. And .. I am receiving praise from Tanya. ;-) Black Pepper .. http://www.aromarich.btinternet.co.uk/smoking.html > Hugs to you and Tanya~ > Anita Thankee ma'am .. appreciated it is. We are still busy trying to convert my bachelor pad into a home .. just today had two fellers move a wall radiator to another wall so I could use the space for a TV/Music/DVD cabinet .. and still miles to go afore we get where we need to be. ;-) Y'all keep smiling. :-) Butch http://www.AV-AT.com
