I don't know anything about homeopathy, but I'm assuming that 1M is a larger dose than 30C. So, my question is, where do you get 1M arnica pellets? Thanks for your help. I think naturopaths can also prescribe up to 10M, which is not available online, but comes in handy for things like slamming your hand in the car door. for Arnica, i usually have a 1 ounce bottle of 30C around for day to day bumps and bruises (ie: toddler jumping off dining room table with play silk cape), and a 2 dram bottle each of 200C for when I didn't stomp the snowboarding jump and 1M for emergencies. I've been dealing with shoulder muscle problems for a few months now and I think I need something a little more potent. I've been taking 30C pellets of Arnica and applying the gel topically. I think a stronger dosage would be helpful.
