Guest guest
This is SOLELY for the purpose of knowing enough to tell when the MD's are feeding me a line of bull...It's actually come in really handy several times. I've also caught possible (bad) medication interactions when my doctor and the pharmacist missed it. And the same helped me when my doctor INSISTED that I needed Hormone Replacement Therapy... until I reminded him of something he had " forgotten " ... I had breast cancer. DUH! sheesh Neysa

Of course....I can 'somewhat' understand, as doctors do see several dozen patients each day, not to mention the hundreds (or more) they see in a year. However, that is the " PURPOSE " of your medical records chart!!!! He probably just couldn't read his own handwriting! LOL Just my little attempt at some humor....I am certainly NOT laughing at your situation, and I am so glad you knew not to take the HRT. However, that is the " PURPOSE " of your medical records chart!!!! He probably just couldn't read his own handwriting! LOL He barely ever looks at my chart and has NEVER given me a real exam. Dont say get another doctor because he is the best around here. (Lots of doctors, majority of them are schills for the drug companies including mine but thats ok since I DIDNT take the Vioox and Bextra he prescribed and he complains that I wont take the drugs he tells me to. I told him that I want to live.) Just my little attempt at some humor....I am certainly NOT laughing at your situation, and I am so glad you knew not to take the HRT. Honey I didnt take it that way! I get a lot of laughs out of the way I treat doctors (except from the doctors). I dont treat them bad, understand... I just dont worship at the alter of their egos and I calll them on their absolutes. When I had cancer the doctor said basically that I would die if they didnt take my breast off. Well 15 years later I have both breasts, an attitude and am still alive. When I was having a " procedure " done (catherization) once I told them they were NOT going to put me to sleep. Well just before I was wheeled in a doctor came up to me and started explaining how he was going to put me out. I told him NO. He insisted. I told him I would sue if he tried it. After the " procedure " I asked why someone would need to be asleep for that. They told me that some people are SHY! I said " Oh crap! " Just because a doctor says it it doesnt make it true! Often times it is just done to pad the bill. IMNSHO that is. Hugs Neysa

I had the same problem but with ovaries, the gyno who had done all my operations, told me I must have an enlarged ovary, 1 year before he took them out.....BIG DUHHHHHH TOO! Or are we missing something here? Barbara

Guest guest
Oh Ien!!!! I am doing some reading up on Essiac & just read the new book...I don't have cancer but am so amazed by what I'm reading...my SIL has had 2 different kinds of cancer & may now have a third, she has found a lump under her arm & with her history she is scared of an " oh no, here we go again! " She is out of town right now but when she gets home I will give her the info I have found so far. My mom cured a 10 year old great dane with Essiac...he had a huge tumor on the side of his neck & was starting to " ooze " ...its now gone & the hair has grown back! Amazing... I would be much appreciative if you could share what you know of Essiac (I'm assuming you are referring to Rene Caisse's formula?) And any experiences you have had with it... Thanks a bunch & have a wonderful day!!! donna Donna Buchholz Something Different Soap & Things
