This is kinda like an essential oil/absolute/CO2 garage sale.

 

GRAB BAG #1

This ad is for all you adventurous beginners out there (or those who just

like little surprises). We have 1 ml bottles of high quality essential

oils, CO2s and Absolutes left over from a private label project that we

ceased producing and are the finished stock not used for the project. The

choices range from angelica to celery seed to cistus to dill to jasmine to

high altitude lavender to neroli to tobacco absolute to zeodary root and

about 60 oils in between. We are putting these into random groups of 5 each

and they can be had for $17 a set, $28 for 2 sets and $45 for 3 sets,

including domestic shipping. Some of these oils could be normally priced at

$2ml,

some at $10ml, some at $20/ml, some even more precious priced at $30-40 ml

(there is actually rose otto) - you just don't know what you're going to

get, and some of you are going to be very pleasantly surprised. Think prize

in Crackerjacks. They will be assembled randomly with at least one of the

more expensive oils in each bag.

 

GRAB BAG #2

Another good deal for use in experiments for the beginner. In the

apothecary, we display 3, 5 and 15 ml quantities of essential oils in our

tester rack. We have completely changed our labels and tester display and

we are offering a random selection of 3-5 each of the testers that we will

no longer use in another grab bag special. You can peruse the list of

essential oils we carry on our shopping cart to see what might possibly be

in your grab bag. This random collection of 5 to 8 bottles sells for $25

each, 2

bags $40 and 3 bags $60 each including domestic shipping and also assembled

randomly,

keeping total mls of essential oil in approximately the same quantity range

for each. You will get up to 45 mls of 3 to 8 different essential oils in

each grab bag. These have been used as testers, and the labels will not be

in the best condition, and they will have been opened/sniffed several times.

Some may have a few drops missing that were used for demonstration on tester

strips, but all will be close to their original ml quantity. Great bargain

for the novice experimenters out there looking for a wide variety.

 

Staff has now assembled these and I have a better idea of what is in the

tester

group (Grab Bag #2). Someone is

going to get approx 3 ml aged Rosa damascena in their bag (akin to wining

the perfume lottery); someone else will get Cistus and/or Jasmine sambac or

grandiflorum; and/or yarrow, oakmoss, rhododendron - there are quite a few

high-quality, high-priced oils scattered throughout. There are now 5-8

bottles in varying sizes in each bag now that they've been eyeballed and

quantities approximated to add up to about 45 ml total. These are not

pretty bottles, but it's what's inside that will delight.
