Guest guest
One thing about kefir: it really is pickier than yogurt when it comes to temperatures. I made it succesfully during an August heat wave and never did get it going after that. I have done Kombucha a few times. Actually, I have a fresh starter sitting in the fridge wondering when I will get around to making it. I only like it when it is totally fresh and it sparkles.
