Guest guest
Dear Members, I've been searching the net trying to learn more about Essential Oils and Bach Flower Remedies. I copied and pasted the massage oil treatments below. I'm a novice at this and have no idea if the information is accurate. I also don't want to make any major mistakes in blending combinations of oils. I have a question and comment regarding massage treatments using oils. Apparently each oil has its own beneficial use. Where one oil may be for stress, another may be for relaxation, and so on. Question: Can the oils from each bottle be applied to the body within a short time span? I'm having trouble trying to express what I mean. Let me try again: Say I have (5) different oils in front of me. Is it safe to apply each one of those oils to the body within the same short time frame? I also found the following Personalized Bach Flower Remedy form that, once completed, gives suggestions to the formulas that will work best for each person's profile. I took the test twice and still feel I need to better acquaint myself with these remedies. And the reason being, I don't feel their question form is explicit enough. I do, however, believe the Cherry Plum and Olive remedies fit my needs. But there are 38 remedies and some seem to address the same health issues. Am I wrong on that? http://www.ritecare.com/homeopathic/bach/Open%20Remedy%20Chooser.asp One more question for now: What is the beneficial difference between Bach Flower Remedies and Essential oils?
