Add a little lemon juice and sugar, a bit of milk, whisk well and you have a great dressing for bibb lettuce, small fresh spinach leaves or fruit. One can bake with it, my favorite Stollen recipe uses Quark. Just make sure to use whole milk yoghourt, not the diet or reduced fat one, those do not work as well .
