they are called a baby sling, I believe you can get them at Babies R Us. I

websites, email me .

I am looking for one of those slingy things, they look like a huge scarf..

Have no idea what they are called and where to find them. I live in the

boondocks, next larger stores are over an hour away, trying to find it

on the net, but do not know what to look for. Anyone knows??

Babies R Us carries them. and they are online too! :o)) We had one, and DH

couldn't live without it!! He was totally attached to our second child( it

was his firstborn child) and always had her in it. They are great!! We paid

around $30 for it, but it lasted through 3 kids and we still have it!

HTH!!

Hi CM,

I had my only child at almost 40 and did " attachment parenting " . Dr.

Sears was his pediatrition.

You're referring to a " baby sling " . Here's a link with everything you

could ever want to know about baby wearing.

Here's a nice site to buy them ... http://www.zolowear.com/

Hi C-M,

Congratulations to your daughter and family :)

Baby slings are the BEST! I used them for both kids and tried several

varieties. my personal fave is the Maya Wrap ...

http://www.mayawrap.com/

it is SO versatile, it can be used from birth, its great for discreet

nursing in public, they can be carried in several positions as they grow

including on your back as a toddler, and it can even be used as a

" leash " if necessary *lol*
