Michigan has had a sex offenders list on time for quite a while- a few years at

least. There was a few articles in the papers about it when it was first set

up.

My aunt works for the City Solicitor's office and sent this to me to send to

all of you since I know a lot of us have children.

Check out this website to find out if any convicted sex offenders live in

your neighborhood. It will also tell you who, what, when and where the

offense

took place. I thought it to be very informative!

Here in CA we have Megans List .com... turns out one of the worst offenders

to be released disappeared off that list... apparently (according to the

news last night) 25,000 sex offenders aren't even on the list... I believe

this is for the whole US... shocking!

They said that by july the list should only be missing about 17, 000 of

REGISTERED offenders.

Yup! I feel safe fer me kids. ;-)
