I've had it done, It helped me, but also left temporarily some marks, sort of like a hicky mark... Nothing bad, can't be avoided. If it doesn't leave a mark, there was no suction, no suction the thing will not work ! Seems like I remember some famous actress still had some of those marks visible at an Oscar event, when she was wearing an evening gown.
