Looking for Tamarind essential oil

I ran into a customer last night, who shared with me some perfume made

with Tamarind that she got in Mexico. She told me if I can find this,

she'll order every bath & body product I can put it in, plus a gallon

of body butter! Needless to say, I'm searching high and low, and can't

find anyone that sells either a fragrance oil or essential oil. I know

it's native to India, and it's a fruit. That's about all I know. Any

ideas out there? Any help? Thanks much!

I see it for sale in Mexican stores or at flea markets. It is a dry

pod, dark brown, like a huge bean pod,

This is clearly a late response but......It's native to mexico and I believe as an essential oil its only in an extract form.  However, infusing into an oil would always work and keep it natural if that is the route you are wanting.
