Hi Roxanne,

I'm not responding to this to knock any particular supplier, and I've

not had experience with the one you mention below ...

What I am responding to say is that I would NEVER sell full strength

EO's in plastic and I wouldn't want to buy any full strength EO's that

were in plastic, even for a short time for just the reason you mention

below.

There are products that contain lower %'s of EO's that can be stored in

certain types of plastic without it being an issue (for example a lotion

in a PET bottle) but as far as the full strength EO's - nope, wouldn't

do it ... a bad idea .. even if its just shipping in those bottles .. uh

uh ...

I've got a question and concern about how they shipp their EOs, too . .

..

in nalgene (Is that spelled right?) plastic bottles.

I forgot to transfer the end bit of a couple of kinds into glass (it

didn't all fit into the glass bottles I had on hand) and the EOs ate

through the bottles and began seeping out! It seems to me, then, that

even if you transfer them immediatley into glass upon receipt, there

would be some petrochemical contamination even in the short time they're

in the plastic during shipping . . .

Opinions?

TIA, Roxanne
