Guest guest
Do you find the longer you leave it the fainter the smell gets? Tracy and Derrick Tappin (BC Canada) Nature's Natural Solution's www.goatmilkskincare.com LaMancha Dairy Goat's >I dry mint all the time and I pick a small bunch, place in brown paper lunch bag, staple closed and write date on it. About a month or more later its ready to use and put into a glass jar in dark cupboard. Sometimes I keep it for months in the brown bag before I remember to transfer it and it is fine anne >>>>
Guest guest
when I dry herbs, I pick them, put them inside a paper lunch bag and set it on the dashboard of my car. They are out of direct sun light and since a closed up car gets so hot, it only takes a day or 2 for mot herbs to dry. Once they're dry, I put them in labeled plastic bags and put all the bags in a card board box that is stored in a dark cupboard in a very cool room Paula .......... in Michigan I used to have super powers but my therapist took them away Well I am sure glad I am not the only one :-)) Yes mine is also a purply brown color. I wonder if it could be the stage of growth it was picked at?? I wanted mine for tub teas. I have some mint and chocolate mint to harvest yet so want to make sure I dont make the same mistake. Maybe I should get my dehydrator out like suggested Tracy and Derrick Tappin (BC Canada)
